1. Booking & Confirmation ----
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp).
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• Full itinerary details (dates, pickup time, locations, passenger count) must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Payments ----
• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance payment must be settled:
• Before the tour starts, OR
• On the first day of service (as agreed).
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods.
• Any bank charges must be borne by the client.

3. Cancellation Policy ----
• Cancellation 7 days before service: No cancellation fee (advance refundable).
• Cancellation 3–6 days before service: 50% of total charge.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of total charge.
• No-shows: Will be charged 100% of total amount.

4. Vehicle Usage & Time Limits ----
• Standard hire is based on:
• 8 hours per day OR
• 100 km per day (whichever comes first).
• Additional hours and extra mileage will be charged separately.
• Night driving (after 10:00 PM) may incur additional charges.

5. Driver Accommodation & Meals (For Multi-Day Tours) ----
• For tours exceeding one day, the client must provide:
• Driver accommodation (separate room), OR
• Pay a driver allowance as agreed.

6. Fuel & Parking ----
• Fuel is included unless otherwise stated.

7. Passenger Responsibilities ----
• The maximum passenger capacity must not exceed legal limits.
• Passengers must follow local laws and safety regulations.
• Smoking and consumption of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.

8. Luggage Policy ----
• Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s designated luggage space.
• The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

9. Delays & Force Majeure ----
• The company is not responsible for delays due to:
• Traffic congestion, weather conditions, or road closures.
• Government regulations or natural disasters.
• Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

10. Breakdown or Emergency ----
• In case of mechanical breakdown, the company will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
• No additional compensation will be provided for minor delays.

11. Insurance ----
• Vehicles are insured according to Sri Lankan transport regulations.
• Travel insurance for passengers is highly recommended but not included.

12. Amendments ----
• Any changes to the itinerary must be informed in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for route changes or extended usage.

13. Governing Law ----
• These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
